Setup Instructions:
1. Check only "SOUND FORGE PRO #"
2. Go through the setup popup, you don't have to add a context menu entry or a shortcut on the desktop
3. "Ã©lastique Timestretch" should now popup on your list of audio effects, it is NOT a VST.
